Marianne Welzel is the Principal and Sole Director of U Can Do It Pty Ltd trading as Excellente Business Solutions.

Marianne is a full member of the MFAA and the Professional Lenders Association of Australia (PLAN). 

Prior to and concurrent with working in the mortgage industry Marianne has gained considerable experience in accounting, budgeting and business support & advisory for all types of businesses & individuals!

Add to this the fact that Marianne has held property investments since 2003, and is regularly a "customer" herself of various lenders - walking the walk as well as talking the talk...
